Professional fluid sampling to help identify internal engine, transmission, or generator concerns before costly failures. This can be a stand alone service or added to the Premium inspection. RV Fluid Sampling & Analysis provides a professional diagnostic service designed to evaluate the internal condition of critical RV components by collecting fluid samples and submitting them to JG Lubricant Services for laboratory analysis. This service gives you insight into how key systems —such as engines, transmissions, and generators—are performing beneath the surface, identifying early wear, contamination, or fluid degradation that isn’t visible during a standard inspection. Samples are taken from selected components and sent to JG Lubricant Services, an industry-recognized laboratory that analyzes lubricants and coolants using scientific methods. Their labs operate under the ISO 17025A standard, ensuring highly accurate and controlled testing of viscosity, wear metals, contaminants, and other fluid properties you cannot assess visually or by smell alone. The detailed written results from JG Lubricant Services help you better understand the condition of the sampled fluids and the components they represent, empowering you to make informed decisions about maintenance, inspection priorities, or future investing in service or repairs. Fluid analysis is a diagnostic support tool, not a repair service or warranty guarantee. Results represent fluid condition at the time of sampling only. Accessible sampling points must be available on the RV to collect meaningful samples. Recommendations are based on fluid data returned from the lab; corrective actions may be advised separately.
